Eric combines deep technical expertise with a client-centered, values-based approach to wealth planning. He works closely with individuals and families on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and risk management, helping clients align complex financial lives with their long-term goals.

Before co-founding Three Bridge, Eric spent nearly 30 years advising high-net-worth families and serving in senior leadership positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citi Family Office, Salomon Smith Barney, and Montgomery Securities. His experience includes investment manager due diligence, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and alternative investment analysis.

Eric earned his JD from Harvard Law School and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation. Widely regarded as a thought leader in the wealth management industry, he has been featured in major financial media and has served in advisory and leadership roles throughout his career.
