Cynthia is an experienced operations professional whose background in the venture capital and private equity industries gives her a broad perspective on business management and organizational effectiveness. She brings expertise in human resources, accounting, event planning, and administration, helping support both the team and the client experience. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and positive approach, Cynthia is an integral part of the firm's day-to-day operations. She earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of San Mateo. When she’s not working, Cynthia can often be found boating, water skiing, or enjoying a motorcycle ride through the countryside.
